At Pickleball Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pickleball equipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
